The Research department in develops advanced industrial automation technology and products to make the machinery of tomorrow. This European location translates new value adding technology and trends into solutions For this development department, we are looking for a Leader, coordinating activities and coaching the engineers.
Your role:
- Lead the technical development of new embedded software design and implementation in multidisciplinary ( Firmware, electronics, mechanics, testing);
- Take ownership of product design, implementation and software team planning;
- Cooperate with global specialists on software design and implementation;
- Communicate to project stakeholders on design decisions and project status;
- Coach software engineers within the project team;
- Acquire and implement knowledge on new industrial technology;
Your qualifications:
- Academic Technical education and Passion for industrial automation and related technologies;
- Possible Technical background as engineer around: C (++), RTOS, Profinet, Profibus, Linux, EMC, PLC etc, industrial networking, E-Cat, EtherCAT, deviceNET etc, driver development, CMX, Eclipse);
- International experience is a pre;
- Strong leader skills for motivating an engineering work force of well-educated professionals;
- Real High Tech Product Development ( Road-mapping );
- Entrepreneurial attitude with professional network outside the company;
- You are collaborative, flexible and committed;
- Proficient in English language.
