People Centric organiser, driving next process steps in execution of change program
The program involves a department of a major academic institution of international standing. Vision & Strategy is set and during the full change transformation to be anchored along implementing organizational changes and continuous improving operations ( HR and Finance). Other track projects will involve Leadership Development and Marketing Branding.
Location: Eindhoven, Brainport Region. Netherlands
Offer: Part of major change organisation program, vital to the overall organization’s ambition. Initially, it concerns a temporary position for at least 6 months to one year with perspective for longer term. Depending on relevant experience, seniority level and contract options, matching rate ( ZZP Contractor ) or salary is offered.
Your key role:
- In close cooperation with the ( Change ) managing director, you take ownership of the ongoing implementation structure and process execution. Creating, adjusting detailing the roadmap ( what, who, when and how);
- Together with the track project Leaders, you translate track project needs into tangible action plans: developing, organising and planning next process steps ( workshops, coaching, training and education, collaboration, Team building and decision meetings among others ) ;
- As a people centric driver for execution, you build collaborative relationships with critical participants across a sensitive academic department as well key staff department colleagues and central HR and Communications;
- Efficiently allocating and managing internal or external resources, ensuring that track projects are adequately staffed and equipped to meet outcome and benefits;
- Acting as the primary point of contact for all overall program-related communications, ensuring clear updates to stakeholders.
Your background:
- You are comfortable scoping, conceptual ideas and thrive on a high level of autonomy. You are an organiser with an action-oriented mindset, hands-on ‘roll up the sleeves‘ attitude;
- Most proficient in communicating in a People centric way ( EQ ) to participants and stakeholders at all levels within a sensitive organisation going for change. Strong ability to influence and drive consensus with determination in a pleasant natural way;
- Experienced with project management organising sequential interventions and professional business events;
- Excellent English professional communication skills – both written and verbal. Dutch is a pre;
Pre is:
- Affinity with Academic institution ( University, Research) or (Semi-) government;
- Experience with people-centred projects, facilitating organisational change initiatives;
- Affinity of how people go through change, the process and appropriate interventions to enable change;
- Precious experience with organising a for example project management office ( PMO ); Practical project management software tools (e.g., MS Project). Agile, Scrum, Lean way of working;
- Experience preparing and conducting workshops and presentations is an advantageous.
